Leadership Development Programme Training
Join us for this LDP training, where you will meet other new leaders. The training covers getting started on the Leadership Programme and helping you to complete some of the modules.
Uniform to be worn. Please bring your own lunch. Drinks will be provided. Arrival 9.45am for 10am start.
Plan for the day
10 – 11am – Programme overview, UMA’s, Skills builders, Awards.
11 – 11.15am – Break
11.15 – 12.30pm – Programme in practice, planning and 60/40 split.
12.30 – 1pm – Lunch
1 – 2pm – Effective communication mandatory training
2 – 2.15pm – Break
2.15 – 3.15pm – Celebrate every member mandatory training
3.15 – 3.30pm – Closing remarks
